She has a special passion for supporting veterans, as well as caring for students at Aurora Plains Academy and residents at Aurora Brule Care + Rehab. Outside the clinic, Melissa loves making memories on family cruises with her husband, Cordell, and their kids, Carter, Abby, and Kenzie.

As a Registered Nurse and owner, she plays the role of “rover,” wearing many hats with confidence, heart, and a little bit of grit. She’s outspoken, creative, and always thinking outside the box—whether that’s in patient care or her latest crafty project. At home, life is just as full on their “funny farm,” where she and her husband, Colin, are raising their three kids—Makena, Pierce, and Greyson. April’s energy, passion, and dedication help shape the heart of our clinic every day.

Kip Littau
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Kip brings curiosity, dedication, and a passion for getting to the root of health concerns to our clinic. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, he’s always learning and utilizes a functional health approach—focusing on finding and treating the “why” behind symptoms. Outside of work, Kip ranches in Letcher with his husband, Riley, and their daughter, Wren, where life is full, busy, and often includes a few goats (his personal favorite). As the only male in the clinic, Kip fends for himself well, bringing a steady presence, a great sense of humor, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
