Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses the patient's own blood to promote healing and regeneration! The process involves drawing a small amount of blood from the patient, which is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelets and plasma. This concentrated mixture is then re-injected into the area of the body that needs healing. This utilizes our body's natural powerhouse cells, Platelets, that contain growth factors that can stimulate cell regeneration, speed up healing, and reduce inflammation. Instead of steroid injections that mask the problem and act as a temporary bandaid, PRP injections help repair the area from the inside out! Check out all the different areas + injuries this amazing option can help with!
